Anti-Inflammatory Lemonade

Anti-Inflammatory Lemonade:
1 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice:
(4 -6 lemons)
4-6 cups of clean water (to taste)
1 tsp of ground turmeric
1 tsp of cinnamon
Pinch of volcanic salt
(Himalayan Salt)
1/2 tsp of liquid stevia (or to taste)
Optional: 1 tsp ground/fresh ginger

  1. I was wondering what liquid stevia was…. sounds a great drink to try… thank you for sharing. Barbara


    • Stevia is a plant whose leaves are very sweet and they can be crushed into a drink for sweetness. A natural sweetener. I have grown it, but I am not crazy about the taste, so I would use agave or sugar.
